Tonight the Williamson County GOP party hosted a mass convention for District 7 Republicans. The vote was to choose the Republican candidate for Williamson County Commissioner for the Nov 8 special election.

Thank you to all the District 7 voters who showed up. I garnered the Republican nomination!!

In my speech tonight I reiterated my commitment to you, the voters of District 7. I will work diligently every day to represent you. If I am elected in November, I will never forget that this seat is your seat and I will be your voice on the County Commission.

Many thanks to all the volunteers who worked so hard to understand the convention rules and who showed up to lend their support. I am forever grateful to this community.
