    At the close of the Republican Commissioner Candidate forum, all participants were asked to prepare a closing statement. I would like to share the closing statements of all of the District 7 County Commission candidates. I think we all distinguished ourselves from one another and summarized our individual perspectives.

    I ask you to listen, and if you agree with me, please get out and vote for me to be your voice on the County Commission.

    Early Voting Starts Today

    Early voting begins today, April 13, and runs through April 28.

    Here are the dates and times for early voting at the John P. Holt Brentwood Library:

    • Weekdays: 9 am – 6 pm
    • Saturdays: 9 am – 1 PM (April 16 & 23)
    • No early voting on Good Friday, April 15

    Other early voting locations are also open, such as the Franklin Rec Center on Hillsboro Road and the Election Commission office located at 405 Downs Blvd in Franklin.
