I just ran across another property purchase by our County Commission. In June 2021, the county purchased 5.93 acres and a house located at 8029 Horton Hwy in Arrington for $870,000. With soaring home prices, Trulia now estimates this property value is $575,700. The resolution says it will enhance the services currently provided to the county. What services? How will this property be used?
